Conal Keaney has announced his retirement from inter-county hurling.

In an interview with The Herald, 33 year old Keaney, who claimed an All Ireland club football title with Ballyboden St Enda's last month, confirmed that he won't be involved with Dublin again.

Keaney also featured for the Dublin footballers between 2005 and 2011 before opting to concentrate on hurling at inter-county level in 2011.
