The GAA support two mental fitness national campaigns, the HSE: #LittleThings and the PHA; 5 Steps to Wellbeing.
Little Things Can Make a Big Difference
The LittleThings campaign focuses on the little things that we can all do to protect our own mental health and support the people we care about.
The LittleThings campaign has been created by the HSE’s National Office for Suicide Prevention in partnership with more than 20 organisations, including the GAA, who have pledged their support to the campaign.
People are encouraged to eat and sleep well, take regular exercise, talk about their problems, drink less alcohol and stay in touch and spend time with others – all proven to improve mental health. Click HERE for more information.
