The Galway star received 5,397 votes on the GAA’s Official Instagram page which put him ahead of Donegal’s Peadar Mogan (4,276) and Armagh’s Barry McCambridge (2,411).

Peadar Mogan (Donegal)
The in-form Peadar Mogan was hugely impressive in Donegal's triumph over Louth on Sunday. Ready, willing, and able to scamper forward, Mogan contributed five points from play.
Barry McCambridge (Armagh)
Barry McCambridge was a key figure in Armagh's encouraging success over Roscommon at Croke Park. McCambridge repeatedly drove forward for Kieran McGeeney's team, scoring 1-2 in the victory.
