Clare’s Shane O’Donnell, Cork’s Patrick Horgan, and Dublin’s Conor Burke are this week’s nominees for GAA.ie Hurler of the Week.

Shane O’Donnell (Clare) – The in-form Ennis man produced another masterclass in Clare’s All-Ireland SHC quarter-final win over Wexford winning a huge amount of ball and scoring 1-4 from play.
Patrick Horgan (Cork) – Patrick Horgan scored 10 points for Cork, three of them from play, in their All-Ireland SHC quarter-final victory over Dublin to equal TJ Reid as the championship’s all-time top scorer on 699 points.
Conor Burke (Dublin) – Conor Burke hurled with great defiance for Dublin in their All-Ireland SHC quarter-final defeat to Cork, scoring four points from play and winning a number of frees with his strong-running.
