Sheol CLG na Mumhan Gradaim an Chíosógaigh le déanaí – comórtas do chlubanna i gCúige Mumhan chun a dtiomantas do chur chun cinn na Gaeilge agus an chultúir ag leibhéal an chlub a léiriú. Tá duaischiste iomlán de 10,000 euro á chur ar fáil, agus bronnfar 2,500 Euro ar 4 chlub rathúla sa chúige.

Seoladh na Gradaim os comhair slua mór a bhí i láthair ag Scór na nÓg ar an Satharn, 7ú Nollaig. Dúirt Seán Ó Sé, peileadóir iomráiteach Chiarraí agus Ambasadóir Gaeilge CLG do 2024;

“Is deis iontach é seo do chlubanna. Tá sé tábhachtach an spotsolas a chur ar úsáid agus ar chur chun cinn na Gaeilge inár gclubanna. Tá i bhfad níos mó i gceist leis an nGaeilge ná ábhar inár scoileanna agus tugann Gradaim an Chíosógaigh deis dár gclubanna é seo a léiriú agus a cheiliúradh.''

Dúirt Aedín Ní Bhriain, Oifigeach Gaeilge CLG na Mumhan:

''Agus mé ag tacú le clubanna sa chúige, mar chuid d’Fhondúireacht Sheosaimh Mhic Dhonncha, feicim an sárobair atá ar siúl chun an Ghaeilge a chur chun cinn ar fud an chúige. Táimid ag súil go mór le hiontrálacha na gclubanna don chomórtas seo a fheiceáil agus bronnfar duais EUR 2,500 an ceann ar na clubanna buaiteacha mar chuid de cheiliúradh Sheachtain na Gaeilge CLG na Mumhan.''
