Patrick Horgan (Cork) – Patrick Horgan scored 10 points for Cork, three of them from play, in their All-Ireland SHC quarter-final victory over Dublin to equal TJ Reid as the championship’s all-time top scorer on 699 points.

Conor Burke (Dublin) – Conor Burke hurled with great defiance for Dublin in their All-Ireland SHC quarter-final defeat to Cork, scoring four points from play and winning a number of frees with his strong-running.
