Darragh Canavan has been voted GAA.ie Footballer of the Week.

The Tyrone forward received 2, 724 votes on the GAA’s Official Instagram page which put him ahead of Monaghan's Rory Beggan (2, 701) and Derry's Shane McGuigan (2, 054).

A brilliant forward display from Tyrone's Darragh Canavan, who scored 1-5 wasn't enough to stop Monaghan. The gifted Canavan crafted opportunities for others too during a thrilling encounter.

Rory Beggan (Monaghan)

Monaghan had plenty of key contributors in Sunday's stirring Ulster SFC Quarter-Final success over Tyrone at O'Neill's Healy Park. Goalkeeper Rory Beggan was outstanding, making saves and creating chances too.

Shane McGuigan (Derry)

Classy Derry forward Shane McGuigan was an influential figure in Saturday's Ulster SFC Quarter-Final win over Fermanagh at Brewster Park. The prolific Derry attacker finished with a 2-5 haul.
