Dublin manager Jim Gavin has confirmed that Diarmuid Connolly has returned to training with the All Ireland champions.
In a Sunday morning interview with Dubs TV, the Dublin boss revealed that the gifted St Vincent's clubman is back involved.
"It is good that we have James McCarthy back on the pitch, Eoin Murchan, Jonny Cooper," Gavin stated. "Diarmuid Connolly is back training with us, Robbie McDaid is back, Peadar O Cofaigh Byrne is with the Under 20s.

"Darren Gavin is coming back this week, so there is a whole host of players returning to play. Then you the squad who played, there is great competition for a matchday place.
For a team management perspective to see the work ethic, the respect the guys have for the opposition, the preparation piece, they all just want to represent their county, Dublin, their communities and parishes to the best of their abilities. We are just really fortunate to be working with a great group of men."
