Ryan Walsh (Kanturk)
** **
An absorbing AIB All Ireland Intermediate Final dripped with drama as Kanturk, inspired by Ryan Walsh, who scored 1-2 from play, eventually prevailed.
Lorcan McLoughlin and Walsh scored heavily for Kanturk, who claimed Croke Park glory following a thrilling tussle with Ballyragget.
Noel McGrath (Tipperary)
** **
Noel McGrath maintained his decent early 2018 form with another prominent showing for Tipperary, who beat Waterford at Semple Stadium on Saturday evening.
The Loughmore-Castleiney clubman struck two points and was a key figure when Tipperary seized control at the start of the second half.
Lee Chin (Wexford)
** **
Wexford have pocketed two victories in Division 1A with Lee Chin an influential figure during Sunday's Innovate Wexford Park success over Cork.
Davy Fitzgerald's charges continue to develop with Chin rifling over six points, including three from play, for a determined Wexford outfit.
