Kilkenny got their defence of the Liam MacCarthy Cup off to an impressive start with victory over Dublin in the Leinster SHC Semi-Final while Mayo and Louth had impressive victories in the Christy Ring and Nicky Rackard Cup Promotion/Relegation Play-Offs.
