Co-op Superstores Munster Hurling League
Tipperary v Kerry, Nenagh, 2pm
Before Christmas Tipperary's mixture of experienced and emerging talent enjoyed a fine 4-14 to 2-17 win over Limerick.
A 3,224 crowd witnessed the game against the All Ireland champions with Liam Sheedy's return as the Tipperary manager among the interesting subplots.
Sheedy has praised the passion and purpose of his players recently and they will be eager to make another positive impression at MacDonagh Park.
Kerry were spirited against Limerick in their opener on a miserable evening in Tralee so Fintan O'Connor will be demanding an equally defiant display.
Seamus Callanan's splendid 2-8 haul against Limerick was noteworthy with Tipperary busy planning and plotting ahead of the Allianz Hurling League where further experimentation is likely.

Substitute Colin Guilfoyle's goal decorated an important late burst from Clare, who finished strongly to secure the spoils.
Waterford also did enough to overcome a youthful Cork outfit in Mallow on Wednesday.
Stephen Bennett was sharp in attack, while Mikey Kearney was also prominent for Paraic Fanning's team.
Michael 'Brick' Walsh is back for another campaign and his relevance to the Deise cause was underlined with a goal.
Bord Na Mona Walsh Cup
Laois v Dublin, O'Moore Park, 2pm
Carlow v Offaly, Netwatch Cullen Park, 2pm
Mattie Kenny derived plenty of satisfaction from Dublin's first two wins in the Walsh Cup.
Kenny afforded players an opportunity to shine in the games against Carlow and Offaly and Dublin obliged collecting a couple of victories.
Donal Burke and John Hetherton were prominent against Offaly, while Eamonn Dillon's availability following injury is a significant boost.
Eddie Brennan is in charge of Laois, who beat Offaly before losing to Carlow.
Stephen Maher, PJ Scully, and Aaron Dunphy did score well against Carlow so Brennan will hope that they can cause Dublin some problems.
Martin Kavanagh was highly effective for Carlow in their triumph over Laois registering 1-10, including 1-5 from play.
Colm Bonnar's charges are getting ready for a crucial year in Division 1B of the Allianz Hurling League and Leinster Championship so these fixtures carry importance.
Aidan Treacy has struck nine points in Offaly's first two fixtures in the competition and the Faithful will be anxious to produce an improved performance against Carlow.
