Eoghan Frayne (Meath)
In 2024, Eoghan Frayne enjoyed many productive outings for the Meath senior footballers.
The previous year Frayne had registered 0-21 in five EirGrid U20 matches for the Royals.
Frayne was also prominent for Maynooth University in the Electric Ireland Sigerson Cup and should be a key performer in Robbie Brennan's Meath set-up.
Eoin McElholm (Tyrone)
The highly rated Tyrone attacker excelled in the 2024 EirGrid All-Ireland U20 Championship.
McElholm finished that campaign with 5-18, illustrating his considerable class.
The Loughmacory forward has attracted interest from AFL clubs in Australia, and is expected to feature for holders Ulster University in the upcoming Electric Ireland Sigerson Cup.
Tadhg McDonnell (Louth)
Brilliant for Louth U20s, who reached the EirGrid Leinster final in 2024, Tadhg McDonnell is viewed as a real prospect.
McDonnell impressed Ger Brennan, who afforded him an opportunity in the All-Ireland SFC Quarter-Final loss to Donegal at Croke Park.
Later in the year McDonnell was back at GAA headquarters, making an impact for St Mary's Ardee.
Luke Breathnach (Dublin)
The exciting Luke Breathnach has already featured in the Allianz Football League for Dublin.
In a revamped Dublin panel Breathnach might be afforded more chances by Dessie Farrell in 2025.
Prominent at U20 level for Dublin in 2023, Breathnach is a talented footballer from the Ballinteer St John's club.
Shane McGinley (Roscommon)
Prolific at U20 level for Roscommon in 2024, Shane McGinley is a potent attacker.
It will be interesting to see can McGinley develop further in the coming weeks and months.
The Strokestown forward nailed 4-31 in five EirGrid U20 matches in 2024, including 1-5 when Roscommon were soundly beaten in the All-Ireland semi-final, 3-18 to 3-8, by Tyrone.
