Shane Boland – Mayo

In a match of fine margins Shane Boland’s display for Mayo was crucial to their victory over London in the Allianz Hurling League Division 3 Final. He scored seven points, three of them classy efforts from play.

Darren Geoghegan – Louth

Darren Geoghegan’s accuracy made the difference for Louth in their Allianz Hurling League Division 4 Final win over Fermanagh. He scored nine points, of which four were 65s, three were converted frees, and two from play.

Eoghan Sands – Down

The entire Down forward unit was superb in their Allianz Hurling League Division 2 Final win over Kildare, but Eoghan Sands was the pick of the bunch with six points from play.
