Ballinamore Sean O'Heslin's 0-12 St. Mary's Kiltoghert 1-8

Following two closely contested Leitrim semi-finals double header in Ballinamore defending champions Mohill qualified for the Leitrim SFC final after they defeated Fenagh St. Caillins by a point (0–12 to 1–8) and likewise Ballinamore Sean O'Heslin's overcame 2023 beaten finalists St. Mary's Kiltoghert by a point (0–12 to 1–8).

In the first semi-final Mohill got off to a whirlwind start and enjoyed a 0-6 to 0-0 advantage over Fenagh by the 17th minute. In this period Keith Beirne converted three frees for Mohill and added two points from play while Keith Keegan also chipped in with a point.

After a slow start Fenagh opened their account with a Donal Wrynn point on the 18 minute mark. Further Fenagh points by Ryan O'Rourke (two) and James Gilheany (one) left them trailing Mohill by 0–8 to 0-4 at the break.

After the restart Fenagh lifted their game and got on level terms by the 33rd minute after Riordan O'Rourke split the St. Mary's posts and Donal Wrynn fisted a ball to the net that was sent in to the goalmouth by Mark Keegan.

It was nip and tuck from there to the finish. A 55th minute Riordan O'Rourke point put Fenagh ahead of Mohill by 1-8 to 0-10. A minute later Keith Keegan levelled for Mohill when drove through and fired over.

After that Mohill had to wait until the 65th minute to get the winner which Domhnaill Flynn delivered after racing through a gap in the Fenagh rearguard to put his side into a fifth Leitrim county final in a row.

Meanwhile the second semi-final was also tight battle until the death between Ballinamore and St. Mary's. The sides were level on an 0-4 all score line at the break with St. Mary's Paul Keaney firing over three points and Ben Guckian one while Tom Prior and Paul Honeyman shot two points each for Ballinamore.

A 38th minute goal by sub Brian Keaney put St. Mary's in the driving seat up until the 53th minute when Ballinamore's Wayne McKeon levelled with a well executed point from the edge of the 'D.'

Ballinamore went on to book the place in the county final five minutes later when Tom Prior split the St. Mary's uprights with the winner.
