The Kerry forward received 3,554 votes on the GAA’s Official Instagram page which put him ahead of Monaghan's Dylan Byrne (2,861) and Offaly's Keith O'Neill (2,414).

Once again Paudie Clifford contributed handsomely for Kerry at Croke Park in the Allianz Football League Division One decider. Clifford clipped three points and also created opportunities, including the assist for Paul Geaney's decisive goal.
Dylan Byrne (Monaghan)
It has been a hugely encouraging Allianz Football League Division Two campaign for Dylan Byrne. In the Allianz Football League Division Two final, Byrne impressed for Monaghan against Roscommon.
Keith O'Neill (Offaly)
In a lively Allianz Football League Division Three decider, Keith O'Neill starred for Offaly. Scoring four points for the Faithful, O'Neill was a constant threat.
