Allianz Hurling League Division Two Final
Down v Kildare, Inniskeen, 1.30pm, Sport TG4
The fact that Down and Kildare will be operating in Division 1B next year is significant.
Nonetheless, the opportunity to win a national title means this Saturday's decider in Inniskeen should be interesting.
Ronan Sheehan's work is well documented, but the Down manager is early to deflect praise towards a committed bunch of players, who continue to deliver for the cause.
It isn't simply about industry, though, because Down have plenty of class, including Pearse Óg McCrickard and Eoghan Sands.
Potential exists in Kildare too, though, and the Lilywhites will want to build on a solid foundation that is being established.
Brian Dowling's resourceful work with Kildare is worthy of the utmost respect. So, Kildare will be primed for this encounter with Jack Sheridan and David Qualter precise in attack.
Allianz Hurling League Division Three Final
London v Mayo, Manguard Park, Hawkfield, 1.30pm
It has been a satisfactory start to the year for London and Mayo.
Delighted to have attained Division Two status for 2026, now the attention switches to winning a final.
Neil Rogers' has carried out impressive work with London, who include Conor Byrne, Alan Dunphy, and Seán Glynn.
There is a nice mix of youth and experience in the Mayo panel with Eoghan Collins, Shane Boland, and Cormac Phillips key performers for the green and red.
Allianz Hurling League Division Four Final
Fermanagh v Louth, Truagh, 1.30pm
These two teams set a decent standard in Division Four.
Ultimately, Louth concluded the group phase with five wins and draw from six games. The only loss Fermanagh suffered was against Louth. Every other match was won by Joe Baldwin's team.
Fermanagh won well against Lancashire with Francis McBrien, Jimmy Tormey, and Seán Corrigan were all prominent.
Darren Geoghegan has enjoyed productive moments for Louth in the league, while Aaron McGuinness Smith and Thomas McCreesh are others impressing.
