Reigning Connacht SFC champions, Mayo, will begin the defence of their crown with a quarter-final clash against Sligo in this year's provincial campaign.

It'll be a baptism of fire for newly appointed Sligo manager, Tony McEntee, but his players will surely be keen to make a mark after missing out on the 2020 championship campaign entirely due to positive Covid-19 cases in the panel.

The winners of the Mayo-Sligo clash will advance to a semi-final clash with Leitrim, while the other side of the draw has thrown up what should be a very keenly contested semi-final between 2018 champions Galway and 2019 champions Roscommon.
