Jack O'Connor has been ratified as the new Kildare manager.

O'Connor replaces Cian O'Neill as the Lilywhites boss with Ross Glavin and Tom Cribbin to serve as selectors.

During his time in charge of Kerry O'Connor won three All Ireland titles with the Kingdom. In recent years O'Connor has been involved with Kerry minor, Under 20, and 21 outfits.

On Monday evening Kildare GAA confirmed O'Connor's appointment.

"Kildare GAA is delighted to announce that Jack O'Connor has been ratified as the new Kildare Senior Football Manager with Ross Glavin and Tom Cribbin confirmed as his selectors."
