Matthew Walsh's late free for Fulham Irish forced a replay following a tight encounter at McGovern Park.

A repeat of the 2021 decider, St Kiernan's, who trailed by two points in the closing stages, came close to snatching a dramatic winning goal

Marcus Mangan's free caused panic with Joe Rock appearing to get a touch as Kiernan's edged in front.

Fulham Irish, though, stayed cool with Walsh converting a free under pressure.

At the interval Fulham Irish led 0-5 to 0-4 and it remained similarly hard fought after the restart.
