Padraic Joyce has been ratified as the new Galway senior football manager.

Killererin clubman Joyce won two All Ireland medals with Galway in 1998 and 2001.

In 2019 Joyce took charge of the Galway Under 20 outfit guiding them to EirGrid Connacht Championship glory.

John Divilly, who has made a significant coaching impact in the Sigerson Cup, Mícheál Ó Domhnaill, and John Concannon are named as Joyce's selectors.
