Cathal McInerney mined eight points as Cratloe beat holders St Joseph's Milltown-Malbay.
Podge Collins was another influential figure for Cratloe, who survived despite the fact that Eoin Cleary scored 1-5 for the losers.

Darragh O'Callaghan supplied two points in the closing stages as Crossmaglen Rangers dealt with Killeavy's spirited challenge.
In the decider Cross will face a Maghery outfit, who enjoyed a fine triumph over Pearse Og on Saturday.
Stephen Cusack's goal from a penalty proved to be the decisive score.

Dungannon were aided by key points from Paul Donaghy, Patrick Quinn, and Kevin Barker against Ardboe.
Tiaran Quinn struck Coalisland's goal in the victory over Derrylaughan, while on Friday evening Trillick advanced following a penalty shootout with Killyclogher.

Paddy Coey and Ruairi McCann scored important goals for Creggan, while Ryan Murray drilled the winning scoree for Lamh Dhearg.

While Cavan Gaels stormed to victory, the other three games were all very lively affairs.
Castlerahan beat Lavey after extra-time, while Crosserlough and Kingscourt both showed their potential.

The pairings for the Louth SFC quarter-finals have been confirmed.
St Joseph's face Newtown Blues, Ardee St Mary's play Geraldines, St Patrick's clash with St Mochta's, while Naomh Mairtin and Dundalk Gaels are set to do battle.
Those four fixtures will take place at the Louth GAA Centre of Excellence.
