John Kiely has been installed as the Limerick senior hurling manager for the next three years.
Kiely, who replaces TJ Ryan, was ratified as the new Treaty boss by County Board delegates on Tuesday evening. Last year Kiely steered Limerick to the Bord Gais Energy All Ireland Under 21 title.
In 2013 Kiely served as a selector under John Allen when Limerick were crowned Munster senior champions.
Former Clare trainer and selector Paul Kinnerk and strength and conditioning coach Joe O'Connor will be involved in Kiely's backroom team alongside selector Jimmy Quilty for the 2017 campaign.
