Dr. Hyde Park to host Connacht finals

Dr. Hyde Park to host Connacht finals

Dr. Hyde Park in Roscommon will host this year's Connacht SFC and MFC finals on Sunday, July 19, the Connacht Council confirmed on Wednesday night.

Sligo face Mayo in the senior final, while the pairing for the minor decider has yet to be finalised.

The Connacht Council said it chose Dr. Hyde Park for three clear reasons:

It was also confirmed that a capacity of 20,000 has been placed on Dr. Hyde Park for the game, which the Connacht Council says will cater for the expected attendance.
